This study aimed to analyze the mediating role of knowledge management processes and infrastructures in the relationship between knowledge-based entrepreneurial leadership and academic innovative performance among university managers in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran. This research is applied and descriptive-correlational in nature. The statistical population consisted of 410 personnel of universities in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, from which 205 were selected using stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. The research instruments were standard questionnaires on knowledge-based entrepreneurial leadership, innovative performance, and knowledge management. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by an expert panel, and their construct validity was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaires was assessed and confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicated that knowledge-based entrepreneurial leadership positively and significantly affects knowledge management infrastructures and processes, and directly enhances academic innovative performance. Furthermore, knowledge management infrastructures and processes also directly influence innovation. Mediation analysis revealed that these two variables significantly mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and innovation. These findings underscore the pivotal importance of knowledge management in linking entrepreneurial leadership to academic innovation and are consistent with previous research. It is recommended that university managers enhance innovation by improving technological infrastructures and strengthening knowledge-sharing processes. Additionally, future research should explore moderating variables. رهبری کارآفرینانه دانش‌محور به‌عنوان عاملی کلیدی در پیشبرد نوآوری، در حوزه‌های دانشگاهی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. این مطالعه به تحلیل نقش میانجی فرایندها و زیرساخت‌های مدیریت دانش در ارتباط بین رهبری کارآفرینانه دانش‌محور و عملکرد نوآورانه دانشگاهی در میان مدیران دانشگاه‌های استان چهارمحال و بختیاری پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 410 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه‌های استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بودند که 205 نفر از آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد رهبری کارآفرینانه دانش‌محور، عملکرد نوآورانه و مدیریت دانش بودند که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن‌ها از طریق پنل خبرگان و همچنین روایی سازه‌ای آن‌ها بررسی و تأیید شد و پایایی آن‌ها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که رهبری کارآفرینانه دانش‌محور به‌طور مثبت و معناداری بر زیرساخت‌ها و فرایندهای مدیریت دانش اثر می‌گذارد و مستقیماً عملکرد نوآورانه دانشگاهی را تقویت می‌کند. افزون ‌بر این، زیرساخت‌ها و فرایندهای مدیریت دانش نیز به‌صورت مستقیم بر نوآوری تأثیر دارند. تحلیل میانجی‌گری نشان داد که این دو متغیر به‌طور معناداری رابطه بین رهبری کارآفرینانه و نوآوری را میانجی‌گری می‌کنند. این نتایج بر اهمیت محوری مدیریت دانش در ایجاد پیوند رهبری کارآفرینانه با نوآوری دانشگاهی تأکید داشته و با تحقیقات پیشین هم‌خوانی دارند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران دانشگاه‌ها با بهبود زیرساخت‌های فناوری و تقویت فرایندهای اشتراک دانش، نوآوری را ارتقاء داده و سایر پژوهشگران در مطالعات آتی متغیرهای تعدیل‌کننده را مورد بررسی قرار دهند. https://eme.razi.ac.ir/article_3602_d3d3e36a2345295ee9b6b9bd7446914a.pdf
