Abstract

Today, knowledge management and entrepreneurial self-efficacy play a vital role in the success of entrepreneurial organizations. As a strategic process for identifying, creating, storing, and sharing knowledge, knowledge management significantly contributes to increasing organizational effectiveness and profitability. Additionally, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, an individual's belief in their ability to successfully start and manage a new business, is a key factor in the success of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial leadership can influence the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Therefore, this study examines the relationship between knowledge management and entrepreneurial self-efficacy with the mediating role of entrepreneurial leadership. This research is applied in nature and conducted using a descriptive-correlational method of structural equation modeling. The study's statistical population included all managers and senior employees of Sirjan Industrial Park, with 384 individuals selected through stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS26 and Amos24 software. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Moreover, entrepreneurial leadership plays a facilitating role in this relationship. Based on the findings, it is recommended that industrial companies utilize knowledge management systems and employ entrepreneurial leaders to enhance the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of their employees.
